Get on the phone with us and let’s talk about your business and goals. We’ll share a few ideas with you and will try to help you as much as we can even if we don’t get to the next phases in our process.
This is when we’ll use our decade long experience in building successful startups to challenge and refine your business model. We won’t develop code if we don’t believe in the business. We’ll always do a better job if we fully understand your product.
Proof of Concept (POC)
Now it’s time to get back to the drawing table and sketch out a plan for what your application will do. We’ll define user journeys instead of features and functions to insure that we create an amazing user experience.
It’s time to write our first line of code! We prefer to create functional prototypes we can build on instead of starting over. The aim here is to create a minimalistic version of your app in as little time as 2-4 weeks. This will allow you to show your first users something that works.
We’ll continually urge you to get feedback from your users as soon as we build something. This allows you to make sure you’re always on the right track. You’ll also start to build relationships with the people that will become your most loyal customers.
We’re going to repeat the brainstorming to user feedback loop each time we come out with an update. This will show your users that you’re delivering on your vision and you’ll continue to build trust.
Launch Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
At one point we’ll have gone through enough different prototype loops and your users will naturally buy your offer. Our process is built this way because we know it will get you to a successful MVP in as little time as possible. You’ll also have built relationships so that on the day you launch you’re in business!
